Data deletion

Disconnect a channel or request removal of connection data.

Choose the path that matches how you connected the account. Published posts on your own social account remain under your control on that network.

Option one

Disconnect inside .

Open Connections, choose Facebook or Instagram, and select Disconnect. This revokes the workspace connection and removes the stored publishing credential for that connection.

Option two

Remove access from the social network.

Use the connected-app or website-permissions settings in Facebook or Instagram to remove . The network’s deauthorization or data-deletion flow can notify to revoke or delete the related connection records.

Option three

Send a deletion request.

Email rene@krka.ca from the address associated with the account. Include enough information to identify the workspace and connection, but never send a social password or access token.
