Information you provide
stores the account and workspace information you submit, including product or brand names, websites, audiences, goals, messages, media, content briefs, captions, schedules, and approval decisions.
Social connection data
When you connect an eligible Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, receives account identifiers, profile details exposed by the authorization, granted-permission information, and an access token. does not receive or store your social-network password.
Publishing and performance records
stores records of content prepared, approved, scheduled, submitted, published, or failed, including the selected destination and timestamps. When you request a channel sync, can retrieve supported post and performance information so the workspace can show publication history and analytics.
How the data is used and protected
Data is used to operate the workspace, prepare and publish content you approve, show connection and publishing status, and present supported channel performance. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest and are not displayed after connection.
