Account and workspace data

We process the name, email address, avatar, sign-in records, product and workspace membership, and preferences you provide when you create or use a account.

Brand, content, and media

We process product names, websites, audiences, goals, brand facts, uploaded media, content briefs, prompts, captions, schedules, approval decisions, generated outputs, and publication history.

Technical and support data

We process security, audit, error, device, browser, IP address, and support records needed to protect, troubleshoot, and operate the service.

When you authorize an eligible Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, receives only the information made available through the permissions you approve. This can include your Meta user identifier, Page or professional-account identifier, account name and profile details, granted permissions, an access token, connected-account relationships, and supported post, publication, comment, and performance records.

We use this data to identify destinations you are authorized to manage, keep the connection available, publish content you approve, show publication status and history, retrieve supported analytics, and diagnose failed requests. We do not receive or store your Facebook or Instagram password.

does not sell, rent, or license Meta Platform Data. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, surveillance, eligibility decisions, or to create profiles unrelated to the workspace features you requested.

When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. If you separately connect supported Google search services, we receive the selected site properties, authorization information, and read-only search or advertising performance data covered by the scopes shown during consent.

This information is used for authentication and, when you request it, to show search performance and help prepare relevant content. Revoking one Google connection does not automatically delete unrelated workspace content.

• Provide authentication, workspaces, brand analysis, content preparation, media generation, review, scheduling, publishing, history, notifications, and analytics.
• Carry out actions you request or approve on connected services.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and investigate failures.
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests and meet legal obligations.
• Improve reliability and usability using operational records that are aggregated or minimized where practical.

Depending on where you live, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, your consent, our legitimate interest in operating a safe service, or compliance with law.

• Connected services. Approved content, media, and instructions are sent to Meta, Google, or another destination you connect and choose.
• Service providers. Infrastructure, storage, security, authentication, email, artificial-intelligence, and media-processing providers process limited data on our behalf to perform requested functions.
• Legal and safety needs. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
• Business changes. Data may transfer as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and this policy or advance notice of a replacement policy.

We require providers that process data for us to use it for the contracted service and protect it appropriately. Your use of a connected service also remains subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

The application uses essential cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, session security, preferences, and core functionality. We do not use Meta Platform Data to target third-party advertising. If we add nonessential advertising or tracking technologies, we will provide any notice and choices required by law.

Connection credentials and associated platform identifiers are kept while the connection is active and needed to provide the requested features. Workspace content and operational records are generally kept while the account is active or until you delete them, disconnect the service, or ask us to delete the account.

After a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify covered personal data as soon as reasonably possible. Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and legal-compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Residual copies can remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten through the regular backup cycle.

Disconnecting a channel removes its stored publishing credential. It does not delete posts already published to your Page or professional account; those remain under your control on the connected network. See the User Data Deletion Instructions for every request path.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted storage for connection tokens, access controls, and audit records. No online service can promise absolute security.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to protect data transferred across borders.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can update workspace information in the application, disconnect connected services, revoke access in the provider's settings, or email a request to support@growdiator.com.

We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the relevant account or workspace. You may also complain to the privacy regulator that applies where you live.

The service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will change the effective date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how we use personal data.

This policy covers the public website and product application. It does not replace the privacy notice you may need for the people whose information you place in your own content, customer records, or connected accounts.
